Everything the app uses is managed here: keys, travellers, data tables and scheduled jobs. Changes apply immediately.
Travellers
Add every passport a person holds (dual citizens) and any visas or residence cards. Each stop on a trip is checked with whichever passport works best, and the app tells you which passport to book with.
Pick a table.
Ontology: what each thing is
Entities, the standard each identifier follows, and the tables that hold them (schema/ontology.json).
Relationships
| Subject | Relationship | Object | Cardinality | Stored in |
|---|
Taxonomies and controlled vocabularies
Every allowed value, with its broader concept (schema/vocabularies.csv). Validation and the UI read these lists.
| Code | Label | Definition | Standard |
|---|
Data dictionary
Every column of every table and database table, mapped to the ontology (schema/dictionary.csv). A test fails if a column is missing here.
| Column | Means | Type | Allowed values | Unit / standard | Class | Description |
|---|
Data folder
Data policies
Each dataset is checked against its policy (schema/policies.csv): personal data only in private/, freshness, sources and check dates, allowed values, documented columns, review backlog and retention.
| Dataset | Class | Owner | Licence | Status | Findings |
|---|
Attribution shown in the app
Daily schedule
While the app is running it collects prices, refreshes out-of-date reference data and retrains when there is enough data, once a day.
